Well, since Senna is included in the game, the (in)famous Mp4/4 should be in a Formula themed dlc pack.
The Lotus 97T is pretty much confirmed but this iconic piece of art must be in GT6.

I'm pretty sure there's a whole ton of licensing issues with getting this particular F1 car in the game... the official F1 series couldn't do it after all.

Keep dreaming, you won't see this Marlboro MP4 in gran turismo. Although we may see a lotus 97t sans tobacco livery. Assetto Corsa is bringing Senna's John Player Special Lotus soon.
