McLaren MP4 Handling

I really want to buy this car but every time I've done a test drive in arcade mode I've been unimpressed with it's handling and have held off buying it. I don't know very much about tuning and am wondering if I can turn this car into something special with a bit of tuning, has anyone come up with a good build? I've got the money for both the car and all the upgrades but don't want to waste it and still be unhappy with the car.

Also, what max speed can you get out of it with all the upgrades?

I love it! My favourite car I've driven so far. Max speed (once fully tuned) that I've achieved is around 240 - more realistic is 220 MPH. It does have a huge acceleration, but it's main attribute, in my opinion, is the speed you can take corners in it.

I have found the MP4-12C to be a great car, very fast and very good handling. I am able to compete with full-on race cars in it, but only if I'm driving impeccably. Another nice thing about this car is you can use it on several European races where the rest of the cars are way, way slower and you will totally dominate them on A-Spec and B-Spec.

Are you using Racing or Sports tyres when you try it. It is a beast of a car. It's about as close to a full fledged Race car you can get.

Im gonna get the Mp4 tomorrow. I saved up and bought the F1 early and man do i love that car. doubt the Mp4 is gonna be as good as the f1, but im hoping im wrong and it turns out to be better.

if you already have the f1 only get the mp4 if you are bored.. they are very similiar with the f1 being a lil faster in the twisties.. and the mp4 being faster in the straights
