meal replacements PLEASE HELP ME !

HEY... ACTUALLY, I EAT ONCE A DAY AND I WEIGHT 140IBS , I’m 18 years old. DON'T KNOW WHICH SUPPLEMENT ITS BETTER FOR ME.... I'M WILLING TO SPEND MY ALL PAY CHECK IN supplement BUT PLZ TELL ME WHICH ONE ITS BETTER THANKS....
 
You eat once a day and your main concern is with supplements? How tall are you? If you cannot sit down for a meal, buy snack crackers or trail mix, hell, even a donut, maybe. I don't think you should be having one meal a day and trying to get the rest of your nutrition through powders and pills.

Now, if your intake of food must be limited for whatever reason, than a pill may be better for you if you cannot find enough nutrition in the foods you can eat.

Well, first I would eat MORE food. Such as steak, fish, eggs, yogurt, etc. Lots of protein. Lots of calories. Look out for soda and snacks such as ice cream and candy.
There are supplements for gaining weight. Depending if you want flab or muscle, eat it and work out for muscle, or simply eat it to get heavier. I myself eat Designer Whey Protein powder. It works for me. I work out about 3-4 times a week. I used to be little, but I built up. Most importantly yocracking, eat more HEALTHY food.
 
I've had it for a while now.
It's working, BUT then again I work out like crazy.
One tip, work out a lot, get some natural protein or from a bar (I use Promax), then get into Designer Whey. That's what I did. Now I'm pretty huge.
