hey guys with some help i finally got my driver able to race the endurances,

i am currently racing the Indy 500!!! its lap 50 and my driver has completely ran out of both his physical and mental strength, should I be concerned and what could go wrong??

and lastly say i had to go eat dinner would my driver pit by himself or would i come back to see him in last with no gas??

If you have more than one Bob, and have set a pit strategy, when a Bob is down to zero, he will pit. So, Bob will pit every lap.

If you turn off the pit strategy (set to 0), Bob will continue until tires or gas forces the Bob into the pits.

My first attempt at endurance races taught me this, and I had a pit strategy of 10% set. Bob tried to pit every lap until I turned it off.

Endurance races Use up to 4 Drivers Not just 1. With 4 drivers the B-spec drivers recover skills when not driving

You can choose to use only 1 driver and OVER power the other AI with a different car.
But he will never recover his skills untill after the race.

If the driver does not stay out on track long enough, The Other B-spec drivers wont recover fully. The result of this is that they won't recharge fully. This is because the cars Fuel or tires don't last long enough. So pits early.

When ether bar is reduced your driver takes a performance hit and will do slower lap times.
NOT every lap will be massively slower but some WILL be.

Again OVER POWER the car used in the event and none of this will matter...
choose to drive fair and you need to keep the above in mind.

On short tracks Fuel use won't matter but on the Ring 4hr ( older tire wear version) and 24hr (rain tires) Running out of fuel CAN happen and the car will be crippled to 50MPH untill it completes a lap and pits, when it does there is no way to avoid it. The crew chief will just get the fuel use WRONG and your driver crawls along.

IS there a way to replenish Bob's mental and physical strength at pit stops. It's not usually a problem for me because my Bob is level 24 and his thresholds are fairly high. However I noticed for the first time in the extreme series super gt that Bob totally ran out of both. I coudn't understand why because he was in a Nissan R89C and the others were in the NSXs, GTRs etc. Ofcourse he still won by over a lap, but why does this happen?

I also noticed that other cars' strengths were dropping as well but strangely, pitting made there strength return to full! Am I missing something here?

SuperGT requires x2 drivers at lower driver levels.
Thats why they give you the option for a secondary driver, you are supposed to use both.

They are also the Longest races (untill you drive endurance events) at 30 laps each. Nearly reaching 1 hour each when driving a Fair car and in the rain.

B-spec bobs as posted in the other topics Will drive to their stats limit all the time. None of the drivers can drive for a hole Hour at top level they get burned out and drop performance to the bottom of their stat level.

IS it possible to do endurance races with just 1 Bob? If you use a fast enough car for him to win easily even when he is cool, could this work? I think i've made a strategic error in not creating more Bobs before now. My Bob is at level 26 now and only has 7 or 8 non endurance races to go. It will take ages to get more Bobs up to a good standard.

Yes all except a 4 hour roadstar endurance which must be raced in a MX5 (can't remember the US name) can be won with an over powered car and 1 driver. FGT or X-series car will be required to beat Le mans cars.

It won't take you ages at all these days.

If you go to the seasonals and do the B spec ones in the right can you can take a zero driver up to level 15 or so in one race.

Or you can enter the Indy 500 with you're experienced bob and two rookies and they will leap up the levels.
