Well, that was interesting...

Who would like to be Niki Lauda at the moment? Huge budget, and what happens?

A rookie in a Minardi outqualifies BOTH of your cars. Ick...

Tough to draw too many conclusions, but it seems not much has changed with the top 4 teams. Jordan appears to be the best of the rest - although Sato had a tough day - BAR are in big trouble. Toyota look like they have the pace to pick up the odd point here and there. Michelin's wets are still useless.

Still - the s#$t stops tomorrow - can't wait.

Quite lame qualifying to open the season wouldn't you say? A few laps, then really bad rain. I just hope the same type of weather applies for the race - then we can see who's top notch with their traction control. Otherwise it could be Ferrari domination :embarrassed: .

I think I'd prefer it dry - Albert Park's a public road and quite treacherous in the dry, let alone in the wet (used to live across the road).

Bridgestone's wet is far better than Michelins.

I was in a sandwhich shop yesterday watching the replays (I think they were replays) and asked my friend if she prefered NASCar or Formula 1. She said she liked basketball better because the guys wore less clothing ...

A woman nearby said her husband drove sprinter cars (dirt track I'm assuming?), but Formula 1, Kart, and IRL were more fun to watch. Keep in mind, I live in central Arkansas. It's about 20% hillbilly, so we have lots of four-wheeler and various dirt track racing.

Oh, on topic, I'm going to TRY to watch more Formula 1 this year. Most people wouldn't agree, but I think it's one of the more entertaining sports on television.

Hey, maybe someone can help me out here. Fill in the GTP Calendar with the race schedule?

Jaguar was a joke, BAR doesn't know how to progress, Toyota did well, and it looks like Sauber and Renault will be the best of the rest ahead of the Jordans and BAjunk
