Menu Translations

I have a japanese copy of the game(PS2), and I'm looking for someone who can translate/list all the menus in the game. I searched and searched, but only found translations for GT5.

Also, is there something like a patch, that we can put on our game's ISO after ripping from the CD, to translate it?

Good luck cyanide. Since you've already been searching and searching, you're on the right track. If I were you, I'd go to the nearest sushi restaurant and see if I could buddy up with someone who can read the language. Make sure to feed yourself in the process.
