I absolutely love this car (at least in GT6 )! I'm new to iRacing, do you guys know how much delay there usually is between that kind of announcement and the release in the game?

That's pretty cool news. I guess this was the new manufacture that was being teased. As far as how long it depends. The new builds come out every 3 months at the end of a season and that's when new content is released. Every now and then they will release content during a season but not often.

That being said and they just signed the agreement so it still has to be scanned and built so my guess would be 3-6 months. They announced the new Mclaren Honda F1 a month or two ago and it's due for release end of the summer.

I'd say about half a year, but could be available in 2015S4 build already.. Noone knows. But for sure not in the upcoming build.

Speaking of the release of this car this was in the twitch stream iracing did yesterday.

"The Mercedes-AMG GT3 is being worked on but won’t be released until next year."
