The S 65 AMG is much like a pro-athlete on dope, incredibly sporty and highly aggressive thanks to the Frankensteinien neck-bolted bi-turbo V12 petrol unit which produces 612 hp and 1000 Nm.
And get this, the plant could have done much more but engineers limited the max attainable torque to 1K for reasons which concerns the integrity of other car parts. The astronomically-sized performance figures were partly rendered through improvements made on older parts, such as the 5-speed automatic transition which had to be heavily reinforced to withstand the cars 1000 Nm pulling force. The car is set apart from regular S-Klasse models through slight visual alterations, such as larger alloy-wheels, performance brakes and racing-tuned suspension as well as redesigned front and rear bumpers.
