Update 2/17/14, I'm changing this thread to some other car that hasn't been suggested yet. This was a thread for the 1996 Chevrolet Impala SS, but I changed it to the Mercury Capri RS simply because I found out the hard way that someone else already had a suggestion (and misspelled the car's name). I just wanted to clear that out just in case some comments posted confuse you. So, if you don't like this new car, you may dislike the page if you want.

My replacement suggestion is the Mercury Capri RS. It's kinda funny, instead of getting the Euro capri in the 80s, Ford of the US decided to make their own Capri based off of the Foxbody Ford Mustang. Anyway, it's another Mercury that I really like.

Note, 200 hp may not seem a lot for a muscle car, but you gotta admit that it's light for a muscle car and still has a decent amount of torque.

No don't give up! I had done the same...
I'm getting to a point where I have no choice. Seriously, no matter how hard I search through these suggestions to make sure there's no threads for a car I want to suggest (and trust me, I triple check my searches & use ctrl+f to check each page), I still manage to screw up and suggest a car that's been suggested already. It makes me discouraged.

The Searchfunction doesn't work well...

I'm aware that the search function is really flawed, but still; it seems like there's always one person that beat me to a suggestion, but decides to screw it up in some way to where I can't detect it.

Of course, I'm probably making too much of a deal out of this. I won't give up yet, I just have to find a way to improve my searching to get around the flaws of the search bar.

Tell me how if you find a way, I have tired...

Well, the only thing I know that helps is a bit is that you can try "ctrl+f". It'll bring up a little search bar on the page you're on and help you search to make sure a certain car model is not present on that page and this search bar does recognize car models of 3 characters or less.

That's going to be my method of searching for now; search the GTPlanet search bar just for the make and model (if more than 3 characters) and then use ctrl+f for a more detailed search.

UPDATE: I'm going to change the thread title to something else.
