Hi guys, sorry but i do not get this mission!! i go out and shoot as many police things as possible, shoot down a heli! and i cant get the bar past half!!?? what am i doing wrong?? What ARE you ACTUALLY supposed to do??

Id have to say that mission seres no purpose except to frustrate the player, there was no psychiatric breakthrough with big bike man and tommy!
Anywho, i havent got a rocket launcher, but i will try that shooting the car thing
Also you know thingos big mansion that you take over..? well will that always have a V on the map so it looks like it has a mission for you when it doesnt?? cos the V is there but no pink "beam me up scotty" thingy.

also pump a police car full of lead (or rockets) will do the trick, just keep shooting it, even after it explodes.

I used the hunter, and just hovered in the grass off to to the right of mitch's place, blew **** up left and right, filled it up in no time.

The V just shows up when you're near the building. It's like if you buy a property, the property only shows up when you're near it. It shows up because you can save there and because you can pick up money there.

the mini-gun worked like a charm for me on this mission. keep firing like there's no tomorrow and you should pass it. no problems. i think it helps to target vehicles.

more explosions = a filled chaos bar

Well i just did it, by going out side of the biker place and blowing up a car and shooting it
It was actually pretty easy, pretty crap mission....
