Who needs a xbox? I gotta PS3!
From the US playstation Blog

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots PS3 Bundle
To coincide with the much-anticipated North American launch of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots in late Q2 2008, SCEA will introduce a PS3 bundle, which will include an 80GB PS3, the upcoming blockbuster Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, and a DUALSHOCK 3 wireless controller for $499.99 (MSRP).

I guess this is why all the 80G Motorstorm bundles are not being restocked.
No price drop just a new bundle.
Not a bad deal though, a 80G one of the hottest games & a Dualshock 3 for the same $499 as the Motorstorm bundle

So they are finally dropping the bundled standard SIXAXIS eh! :sly:

I wonder if they will also do a collectors or special edition of the game.

Nice lookin' little package.

All things considered, not a bad price either. However is this a little too early to announce something like this? I know it should blunt the enthusiasm to any potential near term 360 price drop, but it will also put many off getting a PS3 now. Maybe Sony thinks that one will off set the other. Hmmmm...

I just order my Japanese version from PlayAsia
WOOT! GUN metal COLOR (whatever its called)
I won't open it. It's a collectible.
Only time I'll open is when I get a chance to get it sign by the creator of MGS

Thanks, I know it will be hard to get the signature from him.. but I know there will be time it will happen, just have to be patient.
I'll post the pics of the box once it comes in!

Well It came today, Pretty fast Since I order around 14th, now the 17th. I pay 72.40USD for Shipping. and the console cost me 579.90
I am sure that with 50th MGS anniversary this console should sell pertty darn well. If I am lucky enough ;)
It was nicely packaged pieces as well the PS3 MGS4 is wrapped nicely with with BUBBLE WRAPPING so I won't take off the bubble wrap since I want the box to be in NICE condition as well. Now I need a nice place to store it at for 20 or 30 years for 40th or 50th anniversary and sell it, as well other other collectible toys I have.
I'll take more pics, as well the toys, create a thread. And try to figure out why my camera wont run with my PC... well it's a old camera, I need to buy a new one..

I am so happy that it came in with out one scratch. Any buyers here in 30 years interested? haha!!!
