Microsoft 3rd party???

I was recently playing cod black ops when I got challenged to a 1 vs 1 match. When I got to the lobby my challenger stated he was from a "3rd party of Microsoft". He then said I was accused of cheating and if he beat me I would be banned. I found this very fishy and went ahead with the match, only to find he was invinsable, knew where I was on the map at all times, and had at least 4 different guns at his disposal. I, of course, lost the match and was told I would be banned in 3 weeks.

Has anyone else had something like this happen? I'm not banned yet, and don't really expect to be, but it seemed like I was in a heavily modded match and this guy should be banned. The gamer in question is Army Strong 110. There was also one other person who stated he was "simply spectating the match" which he was, however I'd say there was more to that.

Should I contact Microsoft to ensure I'm not banned and this guy is, and how would I do this?

First off, why would you even believe something like that. Sounds so ridiculous. Second, videos save to your "theater" So make sure you go to the video and save it or bookmark it for reference.

Go to www.callofduty.com and you can report him through there. Go to the support page, and it will have options to choose from. Things from offensive players to outright cheating. Then just send the support ticket.

EDIT: Now that I think of it, It sounds like you where in a private match. The video's dont save unless you change the settings. You might be able to just report him and thats probably it.

Yes, it was a private match. I never really believed it but since he had been able to mod the match I'm just making sure.
