Missing Credits From Seasonal

I've had similar, but not related to any event.
Credits, tuning parts, and tuning settings have regularly disappeared - the cars themselves are not lost though... even if bought in the same session as the lost tuning/parts.
The only solution I've found is to do a manual save before I close gt6 down. (If you're unaware of this feature, you do this from main screen by pressing the PLAY button and selecting save.)

Indeed, manual save is the only way to be sure the game will be the same the next time you turn it on. I had to figure that out myself after some strange disappearances.
