Mitsubishi Evolution X TC Rally tune

Although I made a few changes to this tune, I won't call it mine. I have to give shmogt credit for the tune. The tune wasn't actually made for this car, but rather a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Super Rally Car '03.
NOTE: My changes are in Red font and the original setting are in Blue font.

I can't really tell you how I knew what to change because I use a different tune and a different account now. But yeah. I'm glad it helped you.
