Got some bad news, you cannot trade cars over 1 million credits so this car is not tradable.

Try to get a 1997 bday ticket instead. Then do the USB trick. 👍

You don't get the FTO STC from a 97 ticket.

Chances are that with the new Seasonal rules PD have put down, a Level 16 ticket might well come soon, so wait for one of those and it'll be easy.
