...That looks like an aftermarket add-on to me.

Anyway, not voted - sure I like fast wagons, but as hard as I try to find meaningful differences between this and the one already present in the game, I just can't see it.

This is correct. Very common in Japan to have aftermarket satellite navigation systems installed.
