MMS Issue

On my OnePlus 2 I cannot send or receive MMS. It would just say "sending..." or "downloading..." My carrier to Cricket Wireless and I checked their website for the APN but I have exactly what is written there. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing it not to work properly?
