THEME: In his words: "Up close and personal...A close up picture of a car or bike. "

Rules:
-Editing - only levels, contrast and adding a border/watermark (keep it as stock as possible)
-Photographs must not be a 'snapshot' but must include some composition and effect - Base the photo on a studio shoot, or even use diorama/composition to create a realistic setting (you could position the model and camera in such a way in an outside setting so that it appears to be a 'real' car)
-No HDR shots
-Shots must be taken between January 2008 and the present day - exceptions can be made as long as the photograph has not been shown before the competition e.g. unposted work.
-Picture sizes - Must be no longer than 400px on the longest edge, full sized images must be no longer than 900px on the longest edge

-Deadline for each week will be 7pm GMT on a Wednesday, poll will be up by 7:30 pm GMT
-Voting will close on a Friday at 7:30pm GMT

The next competition will take place on Wednesday the 12th of August.
This will be a 2 week competition, due to fact I will be away next week. ​

Well, as long as you keep on competing it won't die, because I always enter. ^^ I really hope it doesn't die either. I enjoy doing these shots so much.

I liked the further view better, but I guess I must choose the cropped one because of the rules ^^;

Anyway - as with the Auto competition - I thought I should inform people competing (and those who have yet to submit their entry [hopefully a whole bunch of people] )- that this contest will close 2 hours later than normal, so 7:30GMT (3:00pm EST) due to my unavailability at that time.
