Hey everyone, this is my first ever entry. :)

Was going to enter the last one but I don't have a model from the 20th century so had to sit it out. But gave this round a go.

Hi & welcome, What a great 1st entry It Is too.

I agree, it is an incredible first entry. ALMOST TOO GOOD.

I too am looking forward to you entering often as well.

Thanks Longbow.

I assure you it's all legal. Worked on the setup for a little while to get that result. Had some midday light filtering through curtains which gave it enough softness. But blocked certain reflections to get cleaner lines.

Plus a little temp correction as I shot it a little too warm. But I took at least 30-40 shots in all manner of angles and that one looked best in the end. 👍

Looking forward to your entry, you always have something great.

Oh you're most welcome. And I was just complimenting you on the shot. :P I guess it could have been interpreted as an accusation, but I didn't mean it as such. My apologies. It's nice to hear about a well-planned shoot with the experimentation - which is how all great shoots are done.

I doubt I will have something 'great' this week unfortunately, no inspiration and this isn't my specialty. I might just sit it out again...

No worries LB, I don't think I really took it as an accusation just wanted to tell a little about my process on this one. 👍

Thought you'd be all over this one, didn't you pick the theme?

Judging by your usual high level standards of art I would of thought inspiration would of come so naturally.

I read the theme, Looked at the window and was dazzled by the sun and spoted the dark figures on the window sill that gave me the idea for my shot.
Only wish I'd of moved things In the garden to get closer to the fence to eliminate the houses either side.

Well...good. I really didn't want us to get off to a bad start...

I did pick the theme, but I don't pick themes that suit me. If I wanted to do that I would have picked unnatural light, probably. I enjoy challenges, but at this moment I don't think I'm up to it.

It depends. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. Right now, I would say I would have to force it.

At this moment, you are far more creatively inspired than I.
