More or less cars that GT2?

I don't have the time but is there only 170-ish cars in GT3?  How many were in GT2?

Does winning races unlock the options to buy more cars?

Does winning arcade mode do anything for the simulation mode?

I don't know the exact number, but I believe it was somewhere around 600 in GT2.  :conf:

but is there more cars to buy in GT3 as you win more races?

there are not anywhere near as much cars in gt3 as in gt2. Gt3 has 180+ and Gt2 has 500+. These numbers are after u unlocks most the cars not the start off number of cars.
