MotoGP Downforce?

I have a question for you who knows about MotoGP.

Are the bikes constructed to create downforce? Windtunneltests for low resistance sure, but is there any use for a slight downforce on a motorbike at high speeds?

No - they're simply designed to be as slippery as possible in a straight line. Bikes generate enormous pitch changes under braking and acceleration, so any subtle downforce you might be able to generate with such a small frontal area would disappear the moment the rider hit the brakes or the throttle.
