What is the Livery Dump Plaza?
I'm MisterWaffles (not in real life), and the Livery Dump Plaza is a space for me to share all my creative work with you. Here, I'll post all of my favourite designs, both replicas and original (sometimes a bit of both), for you to browse. Each post is equipped with a dedicated download link that leads straight to my gallery. Nothing too incredibly fancy here, just a place for a hobbyist and sim racing enthusiast to share his work of varying quality.
What can you do for me?
Do you need a livery for a league? Looking for a new Sport Mode design? I can make liveries for any of you who need help creating a livery for any sort of league or race you might have in the future. I try to keep decal placement as realistic as possible and I can adapt to any constraints your racing league might have. Just shoot me a PM on PSN (Pyano1132) or here on GTPlanet and I can get started hopefully in a timely fashion! Of course I don't charge, this isn't real life racing and I'm not the Lord of the Editor or anything.
See any designs you like in my existing catalogue? Just ask and I'll completely do it up again for whatever brand or series you need it for.
No need to give credit or ask for permission either! My crap is here to be used, so go ahead and use it to your heart's content.
Do you have any basic tips for starting out?
There are a lot of people on GT Sport who have a lot of potential in their designs but mess up the smaller details. Always remember to research your main sponsor and make sure to keep any competing companies off the car completely. Research the way decals are placed on cars in real life, which areas specific types of sponsors are placed on the most and so on. Make sure to use the appropriate wheel type, center-locking rims for Gr.3 cars and above is a must, unless your livery really banks on a certain wheel design.
Above all, keep it simple and clean. Start out with simple stripes and shapes and build in complexity from there. Try layering different colours on top of each other after that. Don't forget to eliminate bleeding by using your depth and angle limits!

Wilwood Disk Brakes #30 - Peugeot RCZ Gr.3

Here's the first one of the bunch. This specific livery and it's #31 variation are collectively my most liked liveries on my menu. The Blue/Yellow 31 has many more likes than this one though, for some odd reason. I'll post the base livery here, and I'll slip in a mention of the alternate scheme in the last part of this post. The design of this specific livery in general draws from the brushmarks of the logo itself.
(Here's the preview of the alternate, currently sitting at 27 likes!)
