This is for the people out there without photoshop, (Like Me!) However, I can't run them because of my very busy life, so, if anyone wants to hold them pm me, the first person who sends me one gets to hold them! Please give honest opinions!

Just guessing, but i think you just use the normal code. If you're using imageshack thumbnails just copy the "Thumbnails for forums 1" into the poll option, or if you're using a full size image, use the usual stuff:
