Forgive me for not providing links, but I've read about this on several sites; planetf1, crashnet, Yahoo/UK Eurosport, etc. The 'great one' is to play himself (who else?) about his illustrious career. Bruce Willis may also star as the famous British announcer of the times (name escapes me). The movie is in the approval stages. If it happens, this will be a must see IMHO. Keep fingers crossed. All hail the King.

I am not a moviegoer anymore, but I'll be going to this one. Let us hope the movie deal goes through. I have a feeling the 2005-2006 seasons will be, uh, shown in a very different light. Perhaps they'll skip that one and move to his attempts at bike-racing?

Great champion that he is, i can't help but feel that a film about his life would be rather dull. It's not like, aside from F1, that he's actually done anything that amazing or even interesting. Even his F1 career path was fairly mundane. A documentary yes, a feature film...?

That's what I fear - a film "made interesting" by using all kinds of effects, or one which hypes up every piece of drama...
