Does anyone know how to rip the music from GT2? Is there a program that can do it?

Yes there is. I use PSmplay to extract audio and video from PSX games, but there's others...

No idea as unfortunately i don't have one...

Since it was made for PS1 i wouldn't put much faith on that but... nothing better than try it
