I've used the site for various things over the years since GT4, (gtvault? Maybe), but I never really felt obligated to join or post until now. I'm a better racer than tuner I'd say; Golding every game PD has released.. Well anyways to the point.

I've been into drag for some months now, trying to whip up some Cobra tunes.. When I'm onto something, someone else always rolls me, lol. Even various tuning styles, they seem less than impressive compared to other tunes I see on cobras.. I don't tune myself, but I have a variety of vehicles I can offer, and if not a car, I have the paints from the DLC paint pack. I'll let the thread run a bit; best 1/4 time will seal the deal if interested! Thanks in advance! - Shift
 
He wants a top notch tune. Willing to trade because he's too lazy to do it himself.

I'll give him one for 25 matte paints and 5 silver chrome, 5 gold chrome and a car thats restored and broken in with all upgrades installed painted in the red/grey DLC colorshift paint with black aftermarket rims and a wing. Any less and no tune.
 
But wait he wants it perfect so thats not good enough because he's too lazy to tune it!

It's feels more rewarding if you tune it yourself especially when you dust people with your own tune.I recommend reading the drag stickies and tune with trial and error.
 
After reading a lot of threads about people asking for tunes and people flaming, you kids get a life and kiss my ass. Why do you think I offered a trade on things I purchased? I know a good tune doesn't come free, so if you come here to flame me, shove it up your tailpipe and gtfo please. I'm NOT AN idiot tuner, although when it comes to ratios I'm not the best. It's funny to see people flame me, but I'm sure your tunes get Beat too? There's nothing wrong with asking for a set up, willing to trade. Lol, KIDS will be KIDS, huh?

I have a more serious offer if you are interest it in. This is not my first time I offer my services for a certain fee. Currently I have 10 costumers that are very pleased with my services for GT5 drag racing. PM me for details. :)

Why you so mad lmao. Relax dude beggars cant be choosers. Learn it your self we all did. Its obvious no one wants to trade anything for a tune. The guides will help out alot and check out Master Shakes tranny setup for dummies :)

So after reading several threads -_- (Stfu lol), I've gotten my mustang to run sub 10s, around 9.98.. However when reading the transmission for drag dummy guide.. It shows a change of torque and hp curve.. However I really didnt notice the change in the cobra, no matter what sort of gearing ( I even tried a three gear set up that hit 10 flat), but I still don't see the torque curve change any

That's because the SVT(and most mustangs in the game) has a bad weight distribution. I think its 60/40 or 65/35, which lets the wheels spin more than they should, and negating any extra torque as more spin. The shiftpoint won't matter so much as the gear ratios & launching gear. It sounds like your issues may be with the suspension.

If you check out Matts thread I have a low 9.90 second tune posted there you can check out and see what differences there are between it and yours and make adjustments to. There are a few others there too. Off top I can think of trybal and karo having tunes posted as well I think. 👍
