I originally was going to post this in the Race 4 thread, but I feel that an apology message to the whole team would be more appropriate.
Team, I'm sorry. It was not my intentions to let you all down. For those that don't know about my deal, I was sent a Sharkport by Der Alta so I would be able to send in my times and replays for the race. However, I discovered that the cables did not reach my computer. After rearranging the computer and moving it to my room, I then had another problem. Every time I tried to access my memory card data from the Sharkport menu on the computer, I got an error message. After trying all day Friday to find some way to get it to work, and after downloading newer Sharkport programs, I still had no luck.
Still though, my DNF is not to be blamed on my Sharkport issues. I did indeed have a clean run saved on my memory card, but for some reason when I PMed boombexus about not getting the Sharkport to work, I didn't send him my time. I guess I figured it would be no good since there was no way to prove it

Nevertheless, I have let you all down, and I hope for your forgiveness. Der Alta is supposed to be sending me a memory card (quite considerate of him, bless his soul) in the mail, which I should be getting sometime soon. I would still look forward to running in Race 10 (that is, if I can get my time in before the deadline), but I understand if I am not allowed to.
