My Civic Si in Nitto, a Question that I can't find any answer for it

Hi all
well, I'm newbie to Nitto, so I need some Advices Please
I have a Civic Si, with 200 Shots of Nos, Supercharged with the Pully Upgrade(the 800$ one), full engine interiors and everything, gear box, clutch, flywheel and everything, but it only do 440 HP and max of 9.2 Second track, why is that ?? I saw Guys with the same Modifcations doing 449 HP and 8.4 in the track, I use NOS all the way from 1st gear to 6th and use the gear ratios from that Guy who got the 8.374 sec

so any Advices, or anything that could help me out in doing the track better , and what is that Clutch Feather and oes it make any difference ????
