I am so truly saddened by my over reaction to a notification I received on my PS3 by someone or from a spaming robot. I thought it came from a representative of ( SONY and or POLYPHONY DIGITAL). The mailer was “ SOD_BaSSProdigy”.
I have never received any kind of mail from anyone that I had not been directly racing against or competed with. My naiveté and inexperience with the PS3 platform is overwhelming. I am so sorry for any alarmism that might have came about from this stupid act on my part and it will not ever happen again.
I have been wanting to get my hands on GT5 so bad for so long that I just freeked out thinking that I could be a BETA tester, SORRY……..

Every time that codes for beta versions are available, you should find information on web sites, not in psn.

Once was that message saying that psn and on line gaming for ps3 would be similar to xbox net. I mean if you want to play on-line you have to pay monthly fee. 👎 Someone scared a lot of psn users.

So no need to apology.

Completely untrue. I had the original Xbox and Xbox live and it was full or more obnoxious idiots than the PSN network has now. Way more. You have to remember that the moronic 12 year olds who are the bane of online gaming have parents that will gladly pay X dollars a month for online play if dumb little Timmy will sit in front of the TV and annoy the people he's playing with rather than annoying the parents. In fact, if PSN starts charging I'm not entirely sure I'd be willing to sign up -- and I'm one of the players who doesn't act like a fool the whole time.
