I have been leveling up my Bob to help earn some easy credits and I'm currently at lvl 25. I thought I would give the B-spec seasonal a go. I tried him on the rome and SS circuits which recommend a lvl 20 or above driver. For some reason tho even with my fully worked 500PP GTI and semi tuned GTR the useless **** cant get any better than 5th.

Any suggestions?

Edit: any suggestions for the 650PP stage if he ever makes it.

Use a NSX, MOD it to the max and reduce the weight to minimum in the parts shop.
Detune the Engine with the power limiter untill it reaches the PP limit.
Heavy cars will be to slow, you DO NOT have enough laps for the BHP difference to catch up.
PP ignores the CARS basic aero down force so cars that generate more down force from BODY shape only are the cars needed for PP events.

When you get to 650pp car bodys that are designed like inverted wings will generate down force that PP limit wont include in the value.
LMP use this type of body as a default design. unlike GT500 cars that are restricted buy regulation of the class down force rules limit.
So just get him a Lemans car or a Le mans concept car and keep weight at its lowest and again detune the BHP untill you reach the PP limit.
If still stuck as you picked the worst Bob possible instead of cycling the stats at the start. You can adjust the transmission for more acceleration per track but that should not be needed.
