yeah, i did it for kicks. im not active on DA, as far as posting on forums and whatnot. so i only have about 4 or 5 people watching me.

but whatever. lol. peace.

Talking on forums doesn't get you recognition, bud. It's how good your art is, and if you have friends that are also good artists.

i do....many in fact. im not a noob to DA, i just think its cuz i think my drawings are overshadowed because nothing is colored, and with the new DA layout, they show even less new deviations on the front page.

It is highly unlikely that your art work would be displayed on the front page anyway. It doesn't matter how many deviations they show on the front page or under the Recent Deviations because:

• A new deviation is uploaded at least every few seconds and yours wouldn't last on the front page for very long and not for many people too see.
• You don't have a print account and so nobody has bought any of your would be prints.
• And I am yet to see large amounts of favourites on your work so that eliminates the possibility of appearing in the Today's Favourites section.

Either way you look at it, showing less deviations on the front page will not effect the possibility of people coming to your page because you aren't submitting something every couple of seconds.

The main way people will come to you is from quality comments and from browsing the deviantART sections.
