A couple of weeks ago I posted about my journey into GT Racing.

This last week I raced at Monza for the first time, it was the second round of the Italian GT Champs and we went there as co-leaders of the championship... so I'm sure you can imagine it was quite an intense weekend as we wanted to leave as outright leaders!

Given the positive response from my original post I thought I'd share two cool videos from the race weekend which I hope you enjoy:

The first is my regular 'behind the scenes' video:

And the second is a full clip of my dice for the lead:

Hope you enjoy!

Yea was a bummer, we were on target for a good weekend but to be honest the real issue was "accidentally" finishing on the podium the previous day. Pretty sure we could have won on Sunday without the 30 second handicap penalty.

Thanks for watching Catamount :)

It's such a shame that you can't simply race for the overall win each weekend. In a way, completing the strategy successfully proves that you're a good team, especially if it ultimately nets you the championship (which should always be the goal), but as a spectator, to think that a team is out there aiming to get fourth and stay off the podium seems like a good way to keep gentleman in racing seats and spectators out of the stands. I do understand the merits of the system, but the flaws are certainly there. I'm sure you don't need to be told all this, though.

Question: Is the GT Cup basically Lamborghini Super Trofeo's, Ferrari Challenge's and Porsche GT3's? Or are there any other makes mixed in?

GT Cup is all of the above yes. They do a balance of performance to get everyone on an even footing.
