My HP DVD writer 300i won't recognize any CD's I put into it. It was working fine, but after I installed Norton Anitvirus it stopped. The HP site won't let me log in, so I can't get help there. Anyone know how to fix this here?
Try right clicking my computer/ properties/ hardware/ device manager, then find the DVD writer on the list, delete it then reboot the system, maybe it will work when it finds it on restart.
