My Windows Clock Can't Keep Time

Read the subject. Any suggestions or solutions?

If I set the clock ahead 10 mins, half an hour later it is allready fallen back far behind the actual time.

Its like it counts 80 seconds and then moves the minute hand a head one.
Weird.

I think that has to do with the battery on the motherboard. It may be bad or getting there. I could be wrong.

There's a program that synchronizes your clock to some atomic clock somewhere over the internet.

Hmmm.
I was screwing around with that battery earlier this week too. I took it out to see if it would fit in one of my watches
