Hey gtplanet. I was online today and someone took out a car. I really liked it but had no clue what it was so I looked and all it said was "special". Anyone know where to get it? By the way it looked like an older car from like the 60s-late 70s

It currently isn't in the OCD, but you can get it by completing the Classic Muscle Car Championship in A-Spec.
