Shamelessly jumping on the bandwagon, here is another quiz, although this one will be more sporadic/occasional...

All you have to do is identify the band from the cryptic clue. There are two categorys, normal and hard, but of course, that's only in my opinion! But the normal ones are worth 2 points each, and the hard ones worth 3 points each. You may also get a point for a wrong answer that also fits the clue , if you can explain it well enough, or if the answer is admirably close :)

edit: note, they can also be individuals, not just bands ;)

lol... this is my first attempt at one of these, and I think I am way off (for the easy one).
I have no clue about the second :lol:, but It would be good to recieve a lonely point for trying 👍

Just wondering how I got 10 points on the hard part...
 
You used to have 3 right, and 1 wrong but close/relevant, hence 10 points... but now that I've seen your updated answers, you are well and truly back in the lead! 👍 20/20 for the easy ones, and 25/30 for the hard ones (8 right, 1 close, 1 wrong) - The wrong one is No. 2 Hard, although your answer made me laugh out loud... :D

I got Nirvana after i sent Oasis, but 1 extra point wouldn't make much difference.

And I knew Interpol and Lamb chop, but didn't know they were bands.

Isn't Sabbath Saturday? The Latin word for Saturday is Sabato, I think.

Just wiki-ed it... sabbath goes from dusk on Friday to dusk on Saturday... hence, the Black Sabbath question couldn't be right since you mention Sunday... oh well, I could've just answered the questions anyway.
