So today, totally on a whim, I decided to drift a NASCAR from the on line garage. It turns out it worked, and worked very well indeed. It was completely stock apart form comfort hard's. So I thought i'd ask if anyone else has drifted,or does drift regularly, any NASCAR and also I would like to encourage people to at least give it a go and see what they think. I caught a few snaps form the session and I would love to see yours!

It wouldn't?

You shouldn't have to be ashamed mate!

I personally have a G27, I haven't tried drifting nascar cars yet but I feel like its gonna be really hard with a wheel (maybe I'm wrong).

That was just luck. A Nascar car is not made for drifting.

It really makes me laugh when I see people drifting Zonda R's, Lamborghini's or Rally cars, for example. And of course all of them using comfort soft or even sports/competition tyres XD.

I should imagine it would be a lot harder with a wheel. As you can imagine its very snappy so you will have to work hard with the wheel and the throttle will be very sensitive with the amount of power.

DrifterzZ I tried it yesterday, and I can do it!! I can't link it too well being it's very snappy, but I can slide all corners! We gotta get some pictures up for sure 👍

Definate NASCAR tandem tonight. 7PM GMT if you can make it.👍

I noticed this doing the A spec nascar series... Had racing softs on, but traction control off. Got the tyres smoking in the corners, they didnt last long... :grumpy:

ive done before hard with a ds3 though i found but did half a lap of tsukuba with out spinning great fun it also nice seeing drift vehicles which aren't the norm such 2000gts and vw campers etc

I can drift all of tsukuba with a DS3 but its very keen on the throttle, all good fun though.
