Need a good pit strategy

It seems no matter what put strategy I use BOB goes into the pit every single lap. I've looked on other threads and taking their advice resulted in the same problem. I only want them going to the pit hen they need to but at the same rate, not letting them fall behind (or so far behind that they can't catch up). Thx in advance for any help.

While in B-spec,change your pit-strategfy.It's in the lower right corner of your screen.
For endurance races or lober championships (i.e. Polyphony Digital Cup,the F1 races) a good strategy is to push hard from the beginning, without crashing to often.Take a look at the amount of laps you have to drive. If it's for example 37 laps, plan to pit just when you're halfway the race. That would be lap 18,or 19 or so.If you do,take a look at the time you're running ahead on nr 2.If it's 45 seconds (appr.) you have enough time to plan a pit-stop.
Other strategy is to pit in rather early in the race.Let's say 1/3 of the race. You might fall behind, but your BOB will increase motivation while along with the other drivers and fights back to the top spots.Being there, the other drivers need to pit in,so you finish up with a pretty big lead, maybe even lapped the nr 2.Good luck.
