Theres one in front of the golf course 95% of the time.
Fixed Location: In front of the golf course, Starfish Island: Northeast House
But if its for GTA3 I've got no idea.

Yes, it's for VC and crap I totally forgot it was the porsche. I didn't even have to look at the pic. Once you said there was one at the golf course I knew. lol Thanks a bunch for the help bro. Peace.
