If its AWD I would suggest switching to a MR, or FR configuration. You can tune AWD's to drift but you wont be able to link your drifts together like in real life and you look like a punk online once people realize you cant really drift.
*RWD only*
I treat all of my drift cars the same, comfort tires, stock'ish spring rate (maybe a tiny bit higher), lower the front -15 and the back -10 (just what I do, you might like different settings). If the car spins out on you a lot, increase the toe angle in the rear. That will make you gain speed while drifting, more grip to control the car but still the same amount of slide. Another key to a good drift is adjusting the LSD. 10-40-20 is stock, I will do 20-45-20 on most drift cars to get the wheels locking better but still good handling at low speed.
