Hey guys,

Im in need of a F40 Tune. Ive searched through the Tuning Section but no F40 tune at all. Maybe some1 could help me out. Thanks !

cheers,
Alex

I'm curious as well. This is the first car in the game that's made me really wish a brakes upgrade was available. :/

I do have a tune for 695bhp F40 on sports softs. It will be released bit later on MFT thread. It's easier to drive than less powerful and lighter RUF BTR..

i'm running an F40 will all the mods, racing softs, find it not too difficult to drive
running just a very slight tune, probably not the optimum setting and a little bit twitchy on the limit but still manages to run nicely. or at least for me.

-12 / -10 on suspension and 2.0/2.5 on camber, top speed 310. Hope someone out there has a better setup

I'm pretty sure i have a set-up.I'll check after my B-Spec Driver gets finished with this race.He has just 2 more laps.

Edit - Just got done with the B-Spec race so give me a few minutes to post it.

Now take in mind this car is not fully upgraded.I wanted to keep it as close to stock power as i could. Also feel free to adjust the brakes to your liking. The set-up i use is what i prefer.

Upgrades - in order

Stage 3 weight
Chasis Reinforcement
Window weight reduction
ECU Tuning
Titanium Racing Exhaust
Racing Transmission
Twin Plate Clutch
Semi-Racing Flywheel
Adjustable LSD
Racing Suspension
Racing Tires

The tune -

Transmission - 211mph

Drivetrain - Limited Slip - 10-22-16

Suspension - Front,Rear
Ride Height - -15,-15
Springs - 8.4,10.2
Dampers(ext) - 5,6
Dampers(comp) - 3,4
Roll Bars - 4,3
Camber - 2.1,2.9
Toe - 0.10,-0.7

Brakes - 4,3

Feedback welcome.

Hope you enjoy the tune. 👍

I'm no pro but I think if you reversed the roll bars it would be better. Because they say the higher the spring rate the lower the roll bar should be. I think...again I'm no pro, but I thank you for the tune Starfirebird.

update: I tried the tune and I like it but it's unstable braking at high speeds. How can we fix that problem?

You can increase the front brakes until it feels comfortable. This should fix the problem.

*edit*

My apologies, but i entered the Anti-Roll bars wrong.I've been up since 5 am so i'm a bit tired.I will correct that right now.

I am currently at work on a tune for this car now. I am trying to use sport hard tires, as it forces me to tune out some of the monstrosity. I'll post it as soon as I'm done.
