I think the whole event is a nod to Christmas with Santa being the leader of the academy and his little helpers being competitors in races, testing out his prototype parts.

And it kinda makes sense now that the event was delayed a day. The last chapter to win the car opens on the 25th.

Also the components are branded "Natale Workshop"; Natale is the Italian word for Christmas

I find it irritating that conversion kits can only be bought with gold. I mean I get if blue/purple parts are gold only, but give us an alternative way to upgrade with cash This whole event is turning out to be a dud...

I've seen a conversion kit appear in the workshop for cash, it was about 15,000 credits. A lot harder to find than gold conversion kits though.

Someone also mentioned that you unlock the LaFerrari after buying the full set (x35) of F40 BPs. Don't know if this is meant to be or a glitch, but if you have the resources better buy those F40 BPs now.

The snow flakes are a bit distracting but the settled snow (unintentionally) brightens up the road at night.

So my story with events in this game is as follows:
-Razor: Did it a bit after I started playing, didn't finish it because I spent the last night in the event watching videos.
-XRC: Having learned my lesson, I centered my focus on the event. Well worth it!

So much for the Huracan being our savior in Underground. Seriously, at least 1500 gold to get it to 6 stars, let alone 7?! NOPE. Well, since I spent 25€ in gold (not 100% proud) might as well buy Viper BP's.

Wait till you get more tickets, and grind the previous races for parts/cash to buy from store.

This has been said repeatedly in previous events: you can't expect to just do each race only once and expect to finish the whole event. You also need to grind to max out the car as much as possible in between days to get past any eventual PR barrier. Better be safe than sorry 👍

Yes very important doing this I was able to get my Huracán to 700PR before the last series unlocked

I'm just a little irked at not getting at least a 6 star Huracan at the end. I remember the Hoonicorn got up to 5 at you had to buy the rest of BP with gold to get it to max stars. And I know firemonkey won't make BPs available until waaay later..... Jus like they did with the M4 Razor

So much for being a Christmas gift. I think that's intentional on their part as giving a 6 stars Huracan will make it very easy to get to the last part of the game. I think without spending golds we can expect all special event cars going forward to be around high 700 PRs mark. They won't make it any easier than that.

I'm trying to get all epic parts for my 5 stars Huracan now. Just need engine and turbo conversion kit but I haven't seen any in the market without spending golds

Yeah , but I'm able to do the Huracan/F40 Car Series event for now. I'll cherish the time doing those races because it's going to be a loooong time before I reach level 65.

Tickets refresh every 45 minutes IIRC so you've got time.

Oh man, 2x 25 blueprints, should spend 4.000 gold for only maxing the stars? Welcome to EA. I finished the event and don't need this huracan except for some car series races.


Now grind super-cars blueprints

I spent 600+ gold on tickets to get this. You just need to have all the parts with full stars and all materials except conversion kits and you'll hit the PR limit on the spot. The last race is a Hunt race with Natale. He has 1 less PR than the limit and its an easy race.

Welp I got the Huracan but like others said its really no use to me in underground mode only for the series races

That's pretty expensive, but doable with grinding. I'm more pissed that converting a 4 star epic to 5 star needs 2x gold materials. You can go through the whole game without ever seeing one. WTF honestly.

I'm concerned with grinding the McLaren now, but there may be a point where I can't even grind anymore because it's just pure dumb luck whether you get gold materials from crates.

Actually try to get the epic parts to 5 stars. Converting it normally you need 2x gold materials which is rare as unicorns as you know So yeah, defo try to level it up during the event if you can (though by the time I post this the timer would have run out anyway).

Mine has 758 PR at the end. 5 stars with 4 epic parts (3 have 5 stars, 1 have 4 stars). Didn't get kits to convert engine and turbo in the end

Huracan slots between Ferrari and McLaren in garage, so max PR is between 921-948. Seems like McLaren is still the best bet to get to the end. Being a Super class should be (marginally) easier to upgrade and BPs are free at least.

Also just spent 70,000 worth of visual points buying all paints for rims, brakes and window tints Never felt so happy not having any VPs lol.

EDIT: Just got to Chapter 4 in Viva Italia series. There's a 837 PR block for the last race. That's crazy high considering a 7 stars + maxxed out epic parts Huracan only reaches 847 PR. I shudder to think what the last chapter's PR requirement will be. At least the rewards aren't that great. Mostly common parts, and quite a lot of F40 & Huracan BP, but nowhere near enough to get you to level up anyway.

Now back to boring grinding until the next event...
