I guess NFS shift 2 is set for a US release of March 29. It is confirmed that it will have 360 cars including FIA GT1 racing cars ex) Sumo Power GTR, Vitaphone Maserati MC12, 007 Aston Martin DBR9, and Lamborghini Murcieolago GT-R also GT3 cars like Porsche 911 RSR Hybrid, Ferrai 458 gt3 race car, and Mclarean MP-12C race car (concept I guess, not sure). And new cars like the Pagani Hyuira (or how ever you spell it. and tracks 42 real life tracks like Spa, Brands Hatch, Nurburgring (all layouts), Zolder Circuit, Barhaine, all tracks from FIA GT1 Championship plus many more. F1 cars were rumored but not confirmed. Anyways I just want to post this on here to let PD know to get there REARS IN GEAR. Screw in race saving and trade restrictions, we want more premium cars and it does not take as long as everyone says it takes to make them. So dont listen to these pansies that want in race save. I cant get over that was the #1 voted item to be added to GT5. Pathetic!

Besides the fact that this is the wrong forum, the game will only have 145+/- cars, & not the Ferrari (or any at this moment it seems), or MP4-12C race car. There's also only 35 or so tracks as well.

Excellent question... the answer is 42.

Even then it still sounds better than GT5 if they dont get there **** together. In race saving is for pussies

I agree that Shift 2 looks good (racing mods for every car) but you should take this to the proper place before the mods e-slap you.

It's more of an IBL, but when I saw Autopolis made it to the track list I just felt compelled to give a thumb up as we are not seeing this track from Super GT since 2010. C'mon more Japanese tracks!! Sugo, Okayama, all come!! I'll live with having to use FIA GT1 machines there.

Thanks for the wake-up call. Finally, five days after the trailer was released, PD knows about NFS Shift 2. Whatever would they have done without your vigilant posting?

Maybe in your infinite wisdom you could explain how leaving a PS3 on for weeks at a time is energy efficient? Please oh knowledgeable one, show us the way.
If you heating your home at the time then all the energy the PS3 uses turn to heat. That's 100% efficient. Now during the summer months when you trying to cool your home is a different story.

I think we should wait and play Shift 2 first. Remember how much people was hyped before GT5 release?

I'll take the Shift 2 track list over GT5's anyday.

Autopolis International
Bathurst
Brands Hatch
Brno
Catalunya
Donington
Dubai Autodrome
Ebisu
Enna Pergusa
Hockenheim
Irwingdale Speedway
Laguna Seca
Monza
Nurburgring
Oschersleben
Road America
Silverstone
Spa
Suzuka
Willow Springs Raceway
Zolder

That's just the real tracks, but they're much better than GT5.

I have to agree. Now if it were GT4, it would be a toss up.

Adding Infineon would make my day.
