Need Help Altering a Picture

Hey guys, can someone alter this so that the "C" in "county" is ... normal? Seems like a quick fix but I haven't got Photoshop. It has to look basically perfect.

I cloned another part of the picture, and used it next to the "C". I see you have completed the bottom of the "C" better than me, I had trouble with that.
