Need Help (Camera Settings)

Hey all, I have a problem with my Camera Settings on GT4, When I'm in game the camera is facing the sky and I don't know how to get it back in place, I've tried looking though all the settings and options but no luck, if anyone could help with this please E-mail me any solutions you might have.

Use your L3 or R3, and maybe those are stuck and you have to pull them up, i've had that the first day i had my ps2.
