Need help on drifting technique

ok my technique right know is as follows when the turn comes up i shift down to the coresponding gear break then turn i counter steer but my car spins out what am i doing wrong use to drift in mcla

You shift down , brake, then turn? How fast are you going before shifting down?

How long have you been drifting, and are you using a wheel or a controller?

Edit: and High Speed Ring really isn't the place to practice fundamental technique in my opinion. Autumn Ring Mini is a good start.

My Advice Is Start Of Small... Buy a Suzuki Cappuccino, Work It A little bit put comfort hards and do what your instincts tell you. My advice on which track to try is whatever you feel like
