Need help on Gameshark code for GT4 (US Version)

Got the new codes from gameshark.com and it does not work. The gameshark that I have is gameshark 2 version 2. Anyone know why? Thanks

Just a note, I tried all the codes as well and then I realized what the problem is. The codes don't work for anything but Gameshark 3, 4, and broadband. Gameshark 2 isn't the same; Mad Catz changed the format or something when they bought gameshark from Interact. So, unfortunalty, I am buying a new one tommorow.

So you are saying that there is no way to convert the GS2 v3 codes to be used with the GS2 v1.x devices?

Based on what I know of what they did, no, there isn't.

is there any way to boost the power like in gt3? i loved drifting super long turns
 
well, I have my gripes with GT4. Like autosave. I liked my 110K credits. I wanna be able to buy a car with it, trick it out, have my fun, reset, and do it all over again with a dif car. I can do that with GT4, but I have to reset my Playstation, coerse it into letting me into my memory card, manually delete the info, and then start all over from scratch and re-import everything. And if I am further than the beginning of the game? tough noogies!

As far as drifting, I dont like the major over-correction feel, its very un-realistic. When I drifted my AE86 in real life, that effect was halfway in between the physics of GT3 and the physics of GT4.

As far as boosting power, I never did that in GT3, the highest hp car I drifted was around 400hp, and most of them were closer to 280-320.




As far as the codes, I tried all three types on both V3 codes, and code breaker codes, no luck yet, still trying.
 
I have some working GT4 Codes for my GS2 v1.8.
