Need help on knowing what keys I can delete.

I just did a smart scan with adaware. I was wondering what I should delete and what to leave. Any help would be appreciated.

all of that looks safe to delete. Doesn't matter really since AdAware makes a backup of everything it deletes.

I never save any files that Ad-Aware picks up for a simple reason, the computer will always get them again if needed.
