Need help starting remote race

I have everything set up on the PS3 and PC end but I can start the race. Its just me in the room, do I need more then 1 person racing to start the race? If so how do I select other drivers?

Are you using the widget? If not, then on gran-turismo.com, login, and select the "Start Remote Race", select a race, select your driver and click the '+' on the blank line below your driver.

A list of your friends' will appear, and you can then select drivers are desired, up to 16 drivers. When done, click start.
