Need Help! V3 Pedals Load Cell broke!

Hi my V3 inverted pedals broke installing the brake performance kit. I opened a ticket a few days ago no response. I’ve heard bad things. The load cell wires snapped out of the load cell. Need replacement or new one.
What else should I do???
